Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we, EKSFORK İş Makineleri, would like to inform you in our capacity as data controller about the processing of your personal data.

4. Legal Grounds and Transfers
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, and may be shared with authorised public bodies and business partners only to the extent required by legal obligations and by the delivery of the service.
Data processed through analytics and advertising cookies is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent and may be transferred to Google LLC, which provides these services (including transfer abroad). You can withdraw your consent at any time on our Cookie Policy page.
5. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
To exercise your rights — including learning whether your personal data is being processed, requesting its correction or deletion, objecting to the processing, and the other rights listed in the law — you can contact us at info@eksfork.com.
